Individuals and organisations who are not HIMAA members are charged an administrative fee of AUD$225.00 for each job position (plus a 2% credit card surcharge for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX).

An administrative fee of AUD$75.00 for each job position (plus a 2% credit card surcharge for Visa, MasterCard or AMEX is charged to the employer where the advertisement is placed by a HIMAA member on behalf of the employer. Example: A Medical Record Department Manager in a hospital placing an advertisement for a position within their department (in this case the hospital is the employer, not the MRD manager) and thus the admin fee is payable by the hospital.

No administration fee is charged to HIMAA Organisational Members.

Your vacancy may be made more prominent by having it listed as a "Hot Job". This entails the highlighting of your advertisement together with a special Hot Job Bulletin broadcast nationally to all HIMAA members. Inclusion of your vacancy in "Hot Job" costs AUD$699.00 per job advertisement irrespective of membership

Recruitment Agencies:
All Positions placed by recruitment agencies on behalf of another company or organisation are charged at the Non-Member rate.

Members Rate - $75.00 (Including GST)
Non-Member Rate - $225.00 (Including GST)
Organisational Member - Free

Hot Job Rate - $699.00 (Including GST) Flat rate regardless of membership type.
